Black Diamond brought ThoughtLava the challenge of demonstrating a widely complex and technical product - the SwitchBack PC - to an Internet audience. Additionally, our partnership with Black Diamond included the introduction of its brand - building core brand concepts of recognition, awareness, and authenticity into the website. ThoughtLava also assisted Black Diamond in creating a lead generation application to capture and follow-up with interested Internet prospects.
